All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within an estimated 1–3 business days and delivered within an estimated 6–8 business days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. COWBOY LED™ is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

8. Product Use & Safety
COWBOY LED™ products contain electronic LED components. By purchasing, you agree to use them as intended. Do not fully submerge the boots in water, expose them to extreme heat, or attempt to open or modify the electronic components. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, graphics, and videos — is the intellectual property of COWBOY LED™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability
